Place advertisements for open requisitions on Applicant Tracking System, Clear Company Proactively source passive and non-passive candidates Pre-screen applicants and administer pre-screening assessments Facilitate interviews with applicable management staff Guide the candidate through the new hire process, including extending offer letters, background checks & drug screens Assist in handling the new hire onboarding process Attend career fairs and other hiring events as needed Qualifications include but are not limited to:
Associates or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus Autonomy to be managed / report to a manager who is based in a different location Prior experience in a HR related setting is a plus Excellent communication/interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task and work effectively with an already established team who is not based in the same geographic area Flexibility in schedule as start/end times may vary due to out of office activities With 41
