About this role:
The Telemedicine Facilitator will assist the Telemedicine Coordinator in the coordination, tracking and implementation of the telemedicine program.
What you bring to the table:
Education:
Minimum 2 years of college/university required.
Experience:
Experience using Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook.
Licenses/Certifications:
None required What you will do:
Assists with new telemedicine implementations and new telemedicine provider startup including:
Support for initial request receipt and review Provider alignment Initial site communications Technology implementation and training Telemedicine process coordination.
Provides technical support for sites utilizing telemedicine services.
Facilitates telemedicine provider and vendor schedules across multiple facilities.
Facilitates key program meetings and takes and distributes meeting minutes.
Creates and distributes program communications as needed in accordance with program communication plan.
Scribe duties to include documentation entry in collaboration with physician, behavioral health clinician or mid-level provider to enter medical data into a paper or electronic format.
Ability to develop and manage tasks lists.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
