Our company is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial reporting, cost accounting, and general ledger accounting duties.
This role will also require extensive experience in monthly reporting of financials, variance analysis, Profit and Loss (P&L) statements, adjustments, and inventory reports.
Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics is a must.
Responsibilities:
As a Senior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in our financial department.
Your responsibilities will include:
1.
Preparing and presenting accurate and timely financial reports to management and stakeholders.
2.
Performing cost accounting tasks to ensure the profitability of our operations.
3.
Conducting monthly financial reporting, including variance analysis and P&L statements.
4.
Making necessary adjustments to financial statements and reports to ensure their accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
5.
Overseeing inventory reports and ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date.
6.
Utilizing Microsoft Dynamics for various accounting tasks and procedures.
7.
Collaborating with other departments to gather necessary information for financial reporting.
8.
Implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following
Qualifications:
1.
A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
A master's degree or CPA certification is a plus.
2.
A minimum of three years of experience in a senior accounting role.
3.
Proven experience in controller duties, financial reporting, and cost accounting.
4.
Proficiency in monthly reporting of financials, variance analysis, P&L statements, adjustments, and inventory reports.
5.
Extensive experience in using Microsoft Dynamics for accounting tasks.
6.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
7.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
8.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
9.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
